NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF BOWLS DURHAM WILL BE HELD AT HOUGHTON DAIRY LANE BC ON TUESDAY 11th NOVEMBER 2025 AT 7.00PM TO CONSIDER AND TRANSACT THE BUSINESS SET OUT HEREUNDER.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILST NOT WISHING TO RESTRICT ATTENDANCE AT THE MEETING THE COUNTY UNDERSTAND THAT SHOULD CLUBS WISH TO REDUCE THEIR REPRESENTATION TO ONE DELEGATE THIS WILL NOT IMPACT ON THE NUMBER OF VOTES ENTITLED TO BE CAST PER CLUB (2)AGENDA
